my stay was delightful, especially enjoying a hearty cooked-to-order breakfast in the welcoming pub setting, and the convenient location made it easy to stroll to beautiful nearby parks like Childers Park & Woodlands and visit landmarks such as Listowel Castle just over a kilometer away.

I had a pleasant stay with clean rooms and a comfortable bed, making it a good choice for a short visit. the lack of sound insulation from the neighboring rooms and some noise from outside did disrupt my sleep somewhat. it’s suitable for those looking for a convenient place to stay.

The sound-proofing in the room could be improved, as I could hear some street noise throughout the night, which might interrupt a light sleeper's rest.

The noise from outside can be quite disruptive, especially from early morning garbage trucks!!! Improvements in sound insulation between rooms would definitely enhance guest comfort!!! A more thorough cleaning routine is needed as dust and marks were noticeable!!!

The rooms were clean, with a charming decor that added to the cozy atmosphere. The family really goes the extra mile to ensure a good stay! We loved being in the center of town, making it super convenient for exploring.

Our group had a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The owner was kind, and the breakfast in the pub was hearty. We enjoyed visiting the local castle and exploring some nearby beautiful parks. Future guests should note that there are stairs, but it's well worth it for the experience. Highly recommend this spot for a group getaway!

The only downside was some noise from the street, especially late at night, which might disturb light sleepers. It didn't bother us much, but be prepared if you're sensitive to noise.
